With a professional background spanning 9 years in sales, customer success, and operations, he knew the ins and outs of helping businesses grow.
However, Pratyush’s journey took an unexpected turn when the company he had recently joined announced its sudden shutdown
Instead of dwelling on the setback, Pratyush realized that while large corporations had all the resources and tools they needed to thrive, small businesses often struggled to navigate the complexities of growth. They needed simple, actionable advice that could guide them from the ground up—from 0 to 1.
And so, LaunchLab was born.
